京都タワー地下のフードコートにあるお店。
バインミーとは聞いていたものの、エスニック料理店に入ると、パン系統まではお腹が届かず未知の領域でした。
単品で手軽に味わえるならと、選べる中から現地の？ハムを使用した ①ハム 693円を。
勝手にホットドッグ的なものを想像してたから
常温パンと具材に初め？と思ったけど、食べていくと口内調理的に、パクチーの薫りも効いて良いのでは！と。
今後のバインミー体験の元体験になるのでしょうか⁉️
