第一旭が相変わらず大行列で１時間以上待ちそうだったし、隣の新福祭館？は東京にもあるので、保険で探してあったまんぼへ
まんぼ全部入りのそば、卵は半熟、ソースは甘辛を注文
まんぼとは広島焼き風の独特のアレンジを指すらしい
生地とそばはもちもち、ソースと卵のバランスも良く美味しかったです。
