メルキュール京都ステーションは、
2020年9月16日オープン。
ホテルはチェックインで、部屋の掃除ができてないとかでほぼ全てのお客さんトラブルってプチバズったホテル
新設されたホテル内のレストランだけあって
店内はきれいそのもの。
ホテル宿泊でついている夕食プランを利用。
メニューは2択から好きなものをチョイスするタイプ。
ピザ以外は、それぞれオーダーしました。
オススメは、
禅味噌マスカル、
薫製した秋刀魚と壬生菜のパスタ山椒風味、
ガトーショコラ美山牛乳ジェラート
の組み合わせ。
まず禅味噌マスカルは、モチモチの生地に、味噌の効いたそぼろが美味しい。
パスタは、秋刀魚とトマトの組み合わせのバランスが良かった。もう一方の京都ポーク…は、クリームの主張が強かった。
デザートは、どちらも甘くて昇天しそうでした。
ビジターでの利用はないかなあ。
まあ、できたばかりのホテルなので今後に期待ですね。
