11,000円のランチコースをいただきましたが、おつまみと握りの流れがスムーズではなく、待つ時間は長かった。テーブルの高さが少し食べづらいです。提供されたお茶とウーロン茶は、薄めで水のようでした。
店主の方は親しみやすい雰囲気で、適切な接客用語を使われていましたが、私に対してあまり詳しくないという前提で接しているような、やや見下したような態度が感じられてしまいました。
様々な産地から選ばれた魚についてのこだわりは感じられましたが、調味が強すぎるために、新鮮な素材の美味しさが失われているように思いました。これは少しもったいないと感じます。
いろんな器についての自慢も素晴らしかったですが、ソフトドリンク用の器に関してはもう少し工夫があれば良かったな。
全体的には悪くないですが、肝心の味がイマイチで、残念ながら口に合いませんでした。
