京都タワーの下のフードコートに新しく入られたお店です。
定番のソース焼きそば、塩焼きそばの他、日替わりの焼きそばも提供されてます。
ランチは麺の大盛りが無料という特典付き。
金曜の日替りは、坦々風の焼きそば。
モチモチの麺に肉味噌と青梗菜が炒め合わせられてて、白髪ねぎがトッピングされてます。
提供される前には花椒をゴリゴリ振りかけてくれてますが、ちょっと弱め。もっと振って痺れさせてほしい。
肉味噌も味、辛さとも弱め。
全体的にもう少し濃い目のほうが好きです。
新しく出店したばかりなので、店員さんの対応はまだ少しバタバタされてるようです。
