行列覚悟！ 京都は安旨ホルモンの聖地。
京都で中身＝ホルモンといえばココ！ まずはキムチやナムルをつまみつつビールでカンパイ→レバーやチレなど新鮮な生モノを堪能。続いて、塩モノ。なかでも名物・ホソ焼きは、火にかけるとゴウゴウと炎があがり、焦げ目の甘さと口に入れるとすーっと溶ける旨さがサイコー。白ごはんが恋しいタレモノが出てくる頃には、お椀入りのマッコリでほっこり。 |
四条と五条の間くらい！鴨川沿いにあるホルモン焼き屋さん
この界隈って人気のホルモン焼き屋さんが多い気がする！
たまたま前を通りかかり気になってこちらに入ってみた！
さて店内は、なんというか活気があるというか大衆感のある感じが嫌いじゃない！
逆に言えば高級感とかまったく無い！大衆ホルモン焼き酒場って感じ
人気店らしく店内は満席！少し待ってカウンター席に案内された！
生ビールはキンキンに冷えていて良い感じ！
白菜キムチ、テッチャン、ホソ、タン、バラ、ハラミ！こんな感じで注文！
さてお味！ちなみに焼肉のタレはこのお店には存在しないようで専用のタレで食べるのがルール
らしい！このタレで食べると想定外にあっさり食べれる感じ！これはちょっとびっくり
お味の方も高級店のような上質なものではないけれど、そこそこのクオリティを美味しく食べる
という意味では及第点で人気なのも理解できた！
特にテッチャンとハラミは美味しかったです！
逆に地元の方？？らしき方が好んで食べるホソは、脂が多くってちょっと量食べるにはしんどい！
そうそう、肉の量は多めなので少しずつ頼んだ方が良いかも
