行列覚悟！ 京都は安旨ホルモンの聖地。
京都で中身＝ホルモンといえばココ！ まずはキムチやナムルをつまみつつビールでカンパイ→レバーやチレなど新鮮な生モノを堪能。続いて、塩モノ。なかでも名物・ホソ焼きは、火にかけるとゴウゴウと炎があがり、焦げ目の甘さと口に入れるとすーっと溶ける旨さがサイコー。白ごはんが恋しいタレモノが出てくる頃には、お椀入りのマッコリでほっこり。 |

ある意味京都らしい焼肉に出会う。

現在は全国的に展開をしている京都焼肉。
開店時間のみ、予約できるので、一ヶ月前に予約。
その後行列がすごかった、、、
一番の名物のホソ。
脂がっつりならホルモンで、焼くとその脂で火柱が上がる勢い。
塩味で脂の甘みを楽しむホルモン。
そして、こちらの最大の特徴である、お出汁で一度洗い食べるという食べ方。
脂をきれいにしてふっと、香りが良くなる。
京都人にるかかれば、どんな野蛮な人もなんのその。
ありがたや。
それ以外のお肉もかなり充実している。
スイッチが入ると思わず色々と注文してしまう悪いくせ。
この特上ロースはうますぎてびびった。
ほぼ。シャトーブリアンみたい感じで感動。
様々なタレものをお腹いっぱい食べて最後はぐつぐつとした赤いスープ。
辛いがコクが深い。
しっかり閉めさせてくれるありがたさ。
