Remarks |
Moved from Teramachi Imadegawa, Kamigyo-ku in October 2006 |
Make a reservation early to visit the popular Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant on Sunday. For a Michelin-rated restaurant, there were no foreigners. It was surprising. The shop is located at the back of a quaint eel bed down an alley south of Nishikikoji, and the atmosphere inside is good. 10 people can sit on the 1st floor of Fried Skewers counter. There seems to be space on the second floor as well. The course is one-way only with 20 rides, and you can stop when your stomach is full. Everyone ate until the end. At the end of the course, they ask for additional orders such as Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)(750 yen), but I was too full to order. (One-way ticket on this day) Shio, ponzu, mayonnaise, with sauce 1 mochi salt 2 beef sauce medium rare perfectly cooked 3 Mitsuba mayo, ponzu sauce, shio Recommended 4 green onion and pork sauce 5 mushroom butter flavor 6 tomato with cheese 7 Shrimp any 8 Maitake mushrooms Salt, ponzu sauce 9 Cheese It will get hard, so add it quickly 10 Pumpkin Salt 11 Bread with cream cheese 12 Oden Mustard 13 Oyster any (For those who don't like it, dried persimmons Is that really a pun? Lol) 14 Quail Soft-boiled egg 15 Tofu as is 16 Namafu Yuzu sauce 17 Horse mackerel with ginger 18 Asparagus Cream mayo 19 Scallops Salt Ponzu mayonnaise 20 Apple Finished with fruit Finally, strawberry sorbet to cleanse the palate Drinks include beer, wine, Chuhai (Shochu cocktail), and sake. Abundant. I ordered a black draft beer and a glass of red wine. Also, if you want to eat Fried Skewers in Kyoto, I will visit you.
