京都河原町駅から徒歩約3分くらいの場所にある鴨がメインの和食屋さん
古民家を改装して作られていて、雰囲気も良くデート向き

鱧と鴨をメインに食べられるコース✨️
先付けは、京鴨せせりポン酢からスタート！
鴨のせせりって初めていただいたかも？柔らかくて臭みもなく美味しい
京鴨のタタキと鱧お造りそして京湯葉という贅沢な盛り合わせ
柔らかいのに食べ応えのある鴨と、梅肉でいただく鱧は最高
鱧の天ぷらと茄子田楽はシンプルなのかと思いきやかなりの絶品✨️
鱧の骨せんべいが香ばしくて、茄子田楽はもう飲めるくらい柔らかかった❤️
鱧の天ぷらはやわらかくてお口の中が幸せ✨️
本日の鴨料理は、鴨の治部煮
鴨への愛情が今まで以上に深くなるほどの美味しい逸品でした
これまた食べたいです
そしてメインのはもかも鍋は2種類のお出汁で✨️
鴨は鴨パイタンスープ
鱧は和風スープにすだちを絞って
いただくのですが、これがどっちもため息出る美味しさ
〆は、鴨はラーメン・鱧は雑炊にしていただきます✨️
スープは足していただけるのですが、個人的に鱧の方は足さずにごはんを入れる方が鱧の濃い旨味を感じられて良いかもしれません❤️
そして〆のあとの最高の〆のデザートはかもたまプリン！
これが噂でめちゃくちゃ美味しいと聞いていたので期待大
貴重な京鴨の卵で作ったプリンで、食感が今まで食べた事ないくらいなめらか✨️
そして味があっさりしているけど旨味がすんごい
テイクアウトもできて1個540円の高級品
やけど、これはその価値あるくらい美味しかった…❤️❤️❤️

スタートから〆まで、期待以上のお料理たちに幸せ感じまくり
日曜日のopen時間に予約をして行ったのですが、あっという間に満席！
デートで来られている方も多くいました✨️
あとは意外と女性のグループも多かったです
鴨ってヘルシーやもんね✨️
またお気に入りのお店ができました
