The best food and hospitality
Now in its 70th anniversary year, Kinobu has become a Kyoto restaurant that can meet the needs of all customers, based on its dreamy space, friendly atmosphere, and delicious food. |
入り口から雰囲気が漂う京料理 創業約70年の京都の老舗文化からすると新興レストランです。
しかし、サービスが行き届いており落ち着いた雰囲気の中で食事を楽しむ事ができました。
日本酒の種類は京都に絞り込んでいるのかと思いきや、東北などの銘柄もしっかりと取り込んでいて多過ぎず銘柄と口当たりを選べます。
お料理を少しづつ食べながら後半の方に名物のフカヒレと豆腐の小鍋が出てきたのですが、写真では伝わりにくいコトコトと煮立った状態で提供されてきて、熱々を食べたのですがとても贅沢な味わいで美味しかった〜^ ^♪やっぱり美味いものは伝わってくるなぁ〜♪という感想でした。
最後の〆、あゆがちょこんとご飯の上に乗って赤だしと出てきた一口が質素かと思わせて満足感が湧いてくる逸品。雰囲気もよく、大満足！
そして靴下が新品下ろしたてで助かった〜と帰りに靴を揃えてもらった時、密かにホッとしたのでした笑
