家族旅行の折に伺わせていただきました。
ひとつひとつ本当に丁寧に料理されているのが伝わる素晴らしい懐石でした。
いくらの茶碗蒸し、白和え、お造り(クエ)、椀物(真蒸)、お鍋、デザートはココナッツのシャーベット、どれも幸せなため息が止まらない至福のお料理でした。
京料理と言えば小さな器に少しずつしかお料理が入っていてお腹がいっぱいにならないイメージを勝手に持っていましたがもうこれ以上何も食べられないというくらい満腹になりました＾＾
