アッサンブラージュカキモトの後、徒歩3分程度でこちらに伺いました。
京都屈指の人気バーなので来店前にお連れ様が電話を入れて席を確保してくださいました。
隠れ家的なお店、看板はなく「リンゴのマーク」が目印です。
頂いたもの
カルヴァドスのロングカクテル
体調が悪く、カキモトでも我慢してこの日、最初で最後の1杯。
カルヴァドスを使ったアルコール低めをお願いしたらこちらが出てきました。
オリジナルカクテルで人気のある1杯とのこと。
シナモン、レモン、炭酸で割ったさわやかな口当たりでした。
始めお通しはナッツだったのですが････
カキモトに特注しているこちらのオリジナルソシソンショコラが後から登場。
カキモトでスイーツを食べてきたことを考慮してナッツの提供でしたが
ここでしか頂けないチョコがあるならもちろん食べます。
ガナッシュにカルヴァドスがたっぷり使われたナッツが入ったもので、
オシャレで美味しいお通しです。
今度はカルヴァドスの定番カクテル、ジャックローズを飲んでみたいと思います。
