なるべくあっさりしたものが食べたくなり、かなり久々に来訪。
ランチセットの玉子丼と温かい蕎麦のセット 950円と季節のオススメメニューからそば屋のだし汁の効いたおでん 650円を注文。
店主1人で接客から調理までされており、忙しそうでしたが思っていたより早く提供いただけました。
まずはセットから、温かい蕎麦は出汁の味は汁のみでいただくと昆布や鰹を感じるのですが蕎麦と一緒にいただくと少し薄く感じました。蕎麦の味を生かす為かもしれません。
対して玉子丼はしっかりと甘辛な汁がたっぷりで、美味しく思いました。
おでんですが、大根・ごぼう天・厚揚げ・豆腐・こんにゃくの5品になります。かなりあっさりとした具の内容でした。ネギと鰹節が散らしてあります。
カラシを別皿で提供されます。
ランチでは煮込みが足りないのか味染みがイマイチ。
もっと味が染みた状態でいただきたかったです。
まぁ、ランチ時に無理な注文したのが悪かったかな。
