京都の四条烏丸での夜、活力の出る物が食べたいなとスッポンも評判のコチラ「酒菜食房いち」さんを予約して来店。
はんなりとした京の味付けされた料理の品々を先ずは食していく。
先出しの付き出しとして…お通しの「菜と小寿司」。
(お通しは400円ぐらいでしたかな？)
その後は、新鮮な海鮮お造りを頂いて既に満足気配。
京豆腐と鯛の炊き物・はもの天ぷら・皮は唐揚げに…
なめろうと日本酒も追加して良き心地でスッポン鍋を迎え入れます。
どれも京風の良き味はんなり感を存分に味わいます。
(もう食する物の美味しさで箸が進み、酒が止まらず)
〆のスッポン雑炊に舌鼓したばかりか…
更には鯛の出汁茶漬けまで頂くなど満喫
堪能した上に会計も納得いくものでした。
(はんなりとした味であると漠然と評しましたが、
上質かつ上品で良いお味。薄口かつ繊細な味も…
西日本出身の方には好まれるものであるでしょう)
