京都の四条駅近くの蕎麦屋さん。
以前から美味しそうだなと気になっていました。
休日の夜に初訪問。
当日予約できました。
くつをぬいであがります。
カウンターもテーブル席も掘りごたつ式。
くつろげます。

○つきだし 砂肝とセロリの中華あえ
○つきだし ごぼうと牛肉
いきなりつきだしが美味しくてびっくり。

出汁が上品。
和がらしとゆず胡椒。なかなかの辛さ。
○さわら西京焼き 750円
ふっくら。味わい深い。
皮は銀色〜金色にかがやく。
○かけそば 850円
田舎そばにしました。
もっちり麺。
黒っぽい出汁がとても旨い。
かまぼこ、ねぎ。
○せいろ十割 1000円
中太でうっすら緑がかったたお蕎麦。
植物の香り。
おすすめの塩は自動削り機能付き。
白ねぎ、わさび。
最後は蕎麦湯でしめ。
二人で合計4950円。
蕎麦前もお蕎麦も大変おいしかったです。
また是非うかがいたいです。
