[Number of visits] First time [Motivation for visit] I was looking for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) near Shijo Kawaramachi Hotel. [Cooking] ●Enzyme salad Composed of unusual vegetables, interesting and delicious. I like it a lot. Even the half size is enough for two people. ●Dashi Maki The soup stock is said to be homemade. Deliciousness you've never tasted before!
