Enjoy simple, timeless Japanese Cuisine in Kiyamachi. Gentle hospitality that preserves the traditional style.
This Japanese Cuisine is located along the quaint Kiyamachi street. The owner, Mr. Tokuo, visits the market every morning to carefully select seasonal ingredients, which can be enjoyed in a variety of
... Kappo-style courses and ala carte. The course begins with three appetizers to enjoy the four seasons. The seasonal ingredients and tableware liven up the feast that is about to begin. All of the dishes, such as Tokuo's specialty, whole turtle hotpot and low-temperature charcoal-grilled Japanese black beef, have a gentle and deep flavor that seeps into the heart, and the dishes are masterpieces that exude Mr. Tokuo's personality.
