食べログでの評価も高く、以前より気になっていたこちらのお店に初訪問。
某予約サイトを見ていると、なんと『とくを』さんがネットで予約できるように・・・衝動的に予約してしまいました(笑)
今回はランチコースの¥11,000でした。12時に入店し、カウンターに着席。ご主人より、ご挨拶を頂戴して、まずはハートランドの生ビールを注文。酷暑の中を歩いてきたので、身にしみる旨さ。
この時点では私一人でしたが、20分後ぐらいには満席に。
まずは先付が出てきましたが、夏にピッタリの組み合わせで、心を捕まれました｡
で、コースが進んでいく中で気付いたのですが、私と他の4組のお客さんの献立が違うのです。私と初訪問らしいカップルのメニューは金額の違いだろうという感じでしたが、残りの3組は先付以外全て違うような感じでした｡どなたかの口コミにありましたが、コースであってもメニューの変更に応えて頂けるようです。これは驚きです｡
この日一番のお気に入りは、スッポン。あまりの旨さに、ランチではビールしか飲まないようにしている私が、日本酒まで飲んでしまいました(笑)
全体的に派手な演出はありませんが、丁寧に調理された和食の王道という感じを受けました。また、女将さんのお気遣いが素晴らしく、ランチを堪能出来ました。
次回は夜にお伺いしたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
