大人のチキンライスランチ 1,320円
サラダ付き
平日13時過ぎ。今日は河原町で仕事だったので遅めのランチ検索。BMしていた大人チキンライスが美味しそうなSALAOさんに。
店内待ち無し。店前に2台駐車場有り。
メニューを見て、他のランチも美味しそうでしたが、やっぱり大人のチキンライスが気になりオーダー。
他のお客さんも全員チキンライス食べてましたね。
で、ソースが選べるみたいで、
デミグラスソース(ビター)
デミグラスソース(マイルド)
トマト&バジル

期間限定ソース
期間限定ソースは何か聞けなかったですが、ビターとマイルドの違いを聞くと
ビターはチョコ？カカオ？が7割位入ってて結構濃厚だそう。
マイルドはそのデミグラスソースにトマトソースが入ってマイルドになってるらしい。
で、今回はデミグラスソース(マイルド)にしました。10分くらい待って先にサラダが出てきます。
ポテサラとトマトときゅうりキャベツの千切りに青じそドレッシングですね！
新鮮で美味しいです。
で、大人のチキンライスが、到着！
写真ではわかりにくいですが、まぁまぁでかい！分厚い！！
皿が大きいので、チキンの大きさわかりずらいです。
チキンの中にピラフとうずらの卵が入っていて、周りをカリカリになるまでグリルしてる感じです。
早速、ナイフで切ろうとフォークでチキンを固定するためにプスっと刺すと
パリパリッ！！
おお！フォークで刺しただけやのにパリパリやん！
で、そのままフォークで真っ二つに！
最初にフォークとナイフでチキンを食べやすい大きさに切り分けて食べるのがおすすめ！
デミグラスソースめっちゃ美味しいので、チキンにもピラフにもつけて食べたくなるので、いちいちナイフ持ち替えるの面倒でした。
なので、先に細かく切った方が良いと思います。
ピラフはしっとりしてて味付けもされてます。
どこを切ってもパリパリジューシーなチキンとピラフをデミソースにつけて食べるとめっちゃ美味しいです！
チキンライスというと、僕はオムライスの中のケチャップライスしか頭に出てこないんですが、これは新しい食べ物！
チキンの旨味もピラフの旨味もソースの旨味も味わえる最高の料理ですね！
今はランチしか営業してないっぽいので、時間を見つけてまた違うソースで食べてみたいです！
