最近恒例の出張京都泊、夕飯時の孤独のグルメだ
京都は僕にとって特別な街だ
学生時代にわずか4年間いただけだが
京都の人間ではない、まして関西人ですらない僕が、なぜこんなに京都が好きなのか
いくつか理由はある
それらを全部書き出したら一冊の本になるだろう
ただ1番は、飛び込んだ僕にとって全くの未知な場所、京都という街が僕の感性に合っていた、という事か
この店が目に入った時、ピンときた
僕が学生の頃からあったのではないか、と
入ったとき客は僕だけだったが、徐々に客が入ってきた
観光都市京都にあって、外国人観光客どころか日本人の観光客も来そうにない佇まいの店だ
各メニューの値段も安い
瓶ビール小450円、やきめし670円、野菜炒め600円、アジフライ350を注文した
アジフライは間違いなく冷凍ものだろう
焼き飯もパラっとはしていないし、野菜炒めもしなしな感が大だ
でも僕の感性にはたまらない何かを訴えてくる
これだから京都はやめられない
