どーしても、ケジャンが食べたいねと言う話になり…行って来ましたプルダさん
美味しかったぁー
ケジャンを漬け込むタレは、お家で漬け込むお漬け物のお味やヌカドコと一緒で、そこのお家で味付けが違うので、そのお味を気に入るかと言うのも人それぞれなのですが、甘すぎず辛すぎず(辛すぎずは、お塩やお醤油などです)バランスが良いお味です
コッペのケジャンは時期的に少し遅く食べられなかったのですが、松葉の方はギリギリ頂けました
ケジャンにかじりついている姿を想像すると恐ろしい姿をしているのでしょうね(笑)
夢中でかじりついてしまいます
ひとしきり、怖い姿になった後はタッカンマリで鳥をハサミでぶった切り(笑)
とても、怖い食事会でした
