今回は、京都市にあります『大極殿本舗 本店』さんを知人に購入していただきました。
明治18年創業の京都初のカステラだそうで、以前より気になってましたが、なかなか行けず今回知人に依頼して購入していただきました。
食べてみましたが、中はふんわり＋しっとりの食感で、大変美味しくいただきました。
