【関西】記事編集不思議な豚（烏丸くぐり鍋六白屋）
四条烏丸の西には飲食店ばかり並ぶ路地がある。最近できた六白屋はくぐり鍋の店。くぐり鍋いうてもただのぶたしゃぶなのだが（ぶたしゃぶっていうと安っぽいからいろいろかんがえたのかなー）、豚が不思議。真っ白で脂身だらけにみえてあっさり。見た目とちがう味わいに結構ハマる。これが六白黒豚っていうやつか（六ケ所白い部分があるからこう呼ぶらしい）。一皿の量もなかなかのボリュームでよい。店は町屋風でまさにザ京都。
