2008年にオープンして、今では、ミシュラン2星で
食べログでも全国30位以内(2015/2/28現在)、新
しい京都の名店と君臨している。
緒方俊郎さんは室町和久傳で総料理長を務めた後、
膏薬図子と呼ばれる風情ある路地にオープンしたお店
間人のカニ、京野菜をはじめ、全国から選りすぐった
旬の素材を駆使して仕立てる日本料理が評判だ

初うまの日にはすすはらいがある、それにちなんでこの演出
棒に願い事を書いて、神社にもっていってもらう
酒粕御飯、ちょっとあるでんでなお米が最高、これはすばらしい
ふぐの造りの演出はすばらしい感動ものだ。こりっとした歯ご
たえ抜群のふぐ、これは美味しかった
さらにこの大根のお椀のすばらしには圧倒されられる。丸大根
とかぶらがこんなに美味しいものだとは初めて知った気がする
ずわいがに(問人たいざ)、甲羅の上の身の部分、いつも足に
比べ、今一つとおもうことが多いが、これはすばらしく美味し
い、柔らかいぷりぷりの身はうまみたっぷりだ
その後の甲羅の味噌煮、いや日本人に生まれてほんとよかった
と思う。
ちょっと量は少な目で、演出はあるが、料理自体は食材を生か
したシンプルなもの、でもその料理のすばらしは他にまさるも
のはない
お会計は3万3千円、でもこの料理なら満足だ

The food makes the most of the quality of the ingredients. It's great that they sometimes create challenging dishes. It's a four minute walk from Kyoto Shijo Station. For some reason, there's a shrine for Kanda Myojin next door. The restaurant has eight seats at the counter. *Freshly caught Tsukahara bamboo shoots *Akashi okoze meat and skin, milt, eggs, kinome *Akashi Tempura *Firefly squid and halibut *Tsukahara bamboo shoot skin (eat it raw and bite the bottom part) *Wakame *Grilled scaled sea bream with spring cabbage *Saga beef shabu shabu shabu with sansho pepper *Saga beef with seared sansho pepper *Sakura shrimp rice *Eel and egg stew *Soba noodles *Mizu yokan The bamboo shoots were delicious, as expected. The flesh was sweet and juicy, and absolutely delicious. As an added bonus, I got to eat the soft part of the skin raw. The sansho pepper was also delicious, and I love Japanese Cuisine in the spring. Many people say that Ogata is their favorite Japanese Cuisine. It's a great restaurant.
