Lunch at Noryo Yuka in Kamogawa ♡ I visited for a limited time only. I called to make a reservation the evening before, but couldn't get through, so I had to reservation on the day. You can find it by going straight south for about 200m on Shijo Kiyamachi, a narrow alley right next to Shijo Ohashi Bridge.
