人柄良く気さくなご主人の溢れる企画力で様々な教室やイベント多々...HPをご覧頂ければ想像頂ける感じかと。
そんなわけで、京都中のご商売人や文化人などつながりがあるのでは、なんて思ってしまうほど。
この日は文化方面のイベントで寄せて頂き、牛しぐれ御膳も頂きました。
内容は、きゅうり・万願寺・たたき牛蒡の小鉢、お吸い物、お新香に牛しぐれご飯でした。
どこか酸味も感らじるたたき牛蒡の味付け、お出汁しっかりお吸物の底には鯛、甘すぎず辛すぎず炊かれた牛、美味しく頂きました。
そしてご主人ご自慢の日本酒ラインナップが飲み放題...色々勉強になります。
