寒くなったら美味しいボタン鍋がオススメ
毎年寒くなるとボタン鍋が食べたくなって、京都でボタン鍋が食べられる店を探して、ココにたどり着きました。頼んだのは7000円のボタン鍋コース。鍋だけでなく、八寸やお造りもありました。
お造りは塩で食べるタイプで何種類ものオススメ塩があり、とても美味しかったです。
白味噌ベースの鍋は最初はスタッフさんが作ってくれてお椀に入れてくれます。その後は自分たちで自由に。
臭みも全然なく白味噌ベースの出汁がとても美味しく病み付きになりました。最後には雑炊まであり、一粒残らず食べてお腹も大満足です。
店内はかなり古い町家のため、梁で何度も頭をぶつけそうになりましたので、背の高い人はご注意下さい。
サービスしてくれた女性スタッフもとても愛想良く、楽しく会話しながら食事が出来ました。また来年も間違いなく来ると思います。

毎年冬になるとボタン鍋が食べたくなって通っています。もう5年以上かな。
去年料理長が変わってからボタン鍋の味が変わってしまいました。前はかなり濃い目の白味噌がベースになっていて出汁だけでも無茶苦茶美味しかったですが、去年からは少し薄目の出汁になったため、ちょっと物足りなさが感じられます。
猪肉はとても美味しく、寒い季節には最高の料理です。
美味しいボタン鍋が食べられる店が少ないので、ちょっと残念ですが、やっぱりこの味は忘れられないので、また来年も来ようと思います。
