四条御幸町店にある焼き鳥屋さんへ行きました。
炭火串焼つじや
道路から鶏肉を焼いている風景を見ることができます。
辺りには焼き鳥のタレのいい香りが漂っていました。
炭火串焼つじやは、京都市内に何店舗かあるようです。
賑やかな大衆向けの串焼き屋さんという印象です。
けっこう繁盛していて、たまたまお会計していた２人組と入れ替わる形で席に着くことができました。
ジムハイボール
焼き鳥が焼けるまでの間、ハイボールと突き出しをいただきました。
本日のおすすめ串焼き５種盛り合わせをいただきました。
紀州備長炭で焼き上げた焼き鳥らしいです。
ヤゲン軟骨と砂ギモ
お皿に描かれている「愛してる」という文字がイキな感じです。
カップルで訪れると、さぞかし盛り上がることでしょう(^^;;
「やげん」は胸軟骨の部分で、ポリポリした食感です。味噌をつけて食べました。
残りの３本のぼんじり、上せせり、こころのこりです。
ぼんじり、上せせりは塩で味付けされていました。
ぼんじりのぷりぷり感がたまりません(^-^)
脂がたっぷりでジューシーです。
こころのこり
こころのこりは、心臓と肝臓の付け根のお肉のようです。
35年以上継ぎ足された秘伝のタレとネギと一緒にいただきました。
お酒が進む味です(^^)/
５種の焼き鳥をたっぷり堪能できました。
けっこうお店が混んでいて、２人掛けの椅子のカウンター席を１人で占拠することが心苦しくなって、足早に退散しました(^^;;
でもまた機会があったら、他の種類の焼き鳥も試してみたいです。
