京都・奈良の旅、初日の夜は食べログ検索して良さげだったこちらにお邪魔しました。道をよく間違える私が一発で辿り着いたのは運がいいというか(^^;
フロアは３つあって、１階が喫煙席、２階が禁煙席ということなので、２階へ。カウンター席に腰を下ろします。店内はフランス色を控え目にしていて、ダイニングバー的なすっきりとしたシンプルさを持たせたオサレな空間。２階は若い女性２人がサービスを担当されていましたが、変にかしこまったりしていない自然なサービスが出来る点は高評価。
さて、注文したのは本日のおすすめからズワイガニとユリネのプリン・ 海老のソース５００円と的鯛のソテー・ フランス産ポルチーニのリゾット・ 海老芋のフライ添え１６８０円。対するグラスワインの方はプロセッコ７００円、ブルゴーニュ・ブラン９５０円、シャトー・バラン６００円。
ズワイガニとユリネのプリン 海老のソース
ズワイガニも割としっかり入っていて、ユリネを使っているところなどは茶碗蒸しを意識しているかなと思わせる１品。アメリケーヌソースもオマールの濃縮感全開。
的鯛のソテー フランス産ポルチーニのリゾット 海老芋のフライ添え
シンプルにソテーした的鯛と対照的に、ポルチーニのリゾットはフロマージュがふくよかなコクを出していて、ポルチーニもこれでもかという感じではなく、一歩引いたあたり、バランス感覚の良さを感じます。そして海老芋といった京都らしさを見せる演出も嬉しい。
料理の内容は勿論良かったし、お一人様で飲む分にもとても気軽に利用出来るので、また寄らせていただきます(^^)
