京都でのピザ屋さんと言えば、岡崎・ダ ユウキ以来。
カウンター5席、2人掛け3卓。
先客は、ご近所の常連さんらしき御婆さん、御独り様女子3組。
「Napoli」と白文字で刻まれた赤色の野球帽を被った店主さんと奥さん?の2名で切り盛り。
薪釜が厨房のメインに鎮座。
客先からの距離が近いので、焼いている様子がスグ近くで見える「劇場型」店舗。
ランチのピッツァは、下記4種類。
・マルゲリータ: \1,000
・D.O.C: \1,500
・レジーナ: \1,500
・マリナーラ: \800
ランチメニューには、以下の6種類のドリンクからの選択制。
・オレンジジュース (100%)
・アップルジュース (100%)
・ウーロン茶
・グリーンティー (冷たい緑茶)
・アイスティー
・アイスコーヒー
この中から選んだのは、
・マルゲリータ
ドリンクは、先客の方々が頼んでいた率の高いもの。
・オレンジジュース (100%)
マルゲリータは、耳がアメリカンタイプで、比較的厚め。
底の生地は薄目に仕上げられている。
普段、ピザは三角の尖った所を耳に向けてクルクル巻き上げて食べるので、ココのは巻き易い。
オレンジジュースは、先客の方々が頼むだけのことはある。
サッパリとした酸味が、ココのピザと良く合う。
清算後、玄関先まで店主さんが見送りしてくれた。
こうした心温まる接客が、人気店になる証ですね。
次は夜に来てみたい。
