食事時に何度か店前を通るといつも行列がありました。味が気になり最終日のランチに訪問。
開店３０分前に、１１時着で１番。数分後に次の方が並ばれ、１５分後には１０人以上に。開店時には３０人近くの行列に。
マルゲリータランチ（１０００円）を頂きます。セットのドリンクはグリーンティを。
程よく酸味のある旨味たっぷりのトマトソース、チーズのコク、バジルの香り、生地の塩味と旨味のバランスがとても良く美味しい。生地が美味しいので厚い耳は噛めば噛むほど旨味を楽しめる。
重たくない仕上がりなので、２枚位食べられそう。ランチでは１枚なので、もう少し重たくして味を高めても良さそう、ここのご主人ならそれでもバランス良く仕上げてくれるかと。
ごちそうさま、行列が出来る理由がわかるマルゲリータでした、美味しい！
