ご一緒した行きつけの方にお料理を選んでいただき今回はアラカルトで楽しみました
店主が朝からじっくり炒める玉ねぎのタルトからスタート。手間と愛情たっぷり感じさせるおいしさです。
特に気に入ったのはきゅうりの冷製スープ
程よいトリュフの香りが上品にマッチしていて
とても贅沢です。
お写真はありませんが、東京のグランメゾンに流れてしまう京都産の鴨肉も味が濃かったです。
シェフが基本的にお一人でお作りになっているとの事
デザートは桃のソルベをチョイス
デセールまで手抜きなく
どれも丁寧に作られている素晴らしいお料理の数々でした。
