◯ Le Pic Hachette ~ Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto ~ For dinner that day, I went to the French restaurant ◯ Le Pic Hachette, a short walk from Umamachi intersection in Higashiyama Ward, to meet with the president of a client and traditional Nishijin textile artisans for the first time in a while to discuss business. I left the ordering up to the chef to a certain extent.
