「行った事無いとこ、行ってみよう～」と、久々に休みが合ったベッピン女子と平日19時半頃初訪問。先客２組やけど、１卓のテーブル席はお箸とかセッティングしてあったし予約かな？カウンターに案内されました。カウンターも奥行きがあり狭くはありません。
キムチ盛り合わせ…白菜・きゅうり・大根。見た目辛そう・濃厚そうと思ったけどそれ程でも無く。私も友達もイマイチ好みじゃない味(-_-)
タン塩…今まで食べてたタンは、半凍りみたいな感じのが多かったけど、コチラのは完全に解凍された(生？)状態。ちょい厚切り位。歯ごたえはちゃんとあるけど柔らかい。
ハラミ、カルビ…どちらも揉みダレに絡めて出てきます。柔らかい(^∇^)
上ホルモン、ミノ…どちらも味噌ダレで。塩もあります。
他、アルコール３杯。
コチラのお肉は松阪牛らしいですよ～(^∇^)って、私は余り拘りは無いけど(^^;
卓上には塩・オリジナルブレンド？の塩しか置いてません。塩以外の肉の時に、付けダレ(洗いダレ)を出して下さいます。が、味変がそれしか出来ない。言えば出して下さったのかも知れんけど、胡椒とか一味とか山葵とか何かあれば良かったかも。
女子と行くと(私の周りの女子は少食なのか？)安くつくわ～(^^;
