その名も
「ローストビーフのかき氷丼」❗️
そりゃ行っちゃうよね
お肉は「うちひら」。
大好きな部位❗️
マイナス25度で寝かして、削り出して、
出汁のカキ氷をかけて届きます♪
「恐らく、世界初」とお店の方。
透明な鰹ベースのお出汁がカキ氷に。
ご飯に染み込んで、ご飯が美味しい〜！
さすがお出汁文化の京都。

お肉はひんやり。
そして噛めば噛むほどジューシー。
脂っこくないので、気づいたらペロリ
タレは2種類。
濃厚タレとあっさりのタレがあります。
自家製ユッケシロップ（濃厚タレ）にしたんだけど…
卵黄入りのタレが、甘辛くて旨ぃぃぃぃん‼️
あっさりしたお肉とよく合います！
濃い方のタレにして良かった

サイズ大でも行けたな笑
