初めて聞きました「かき氷丼」
なんと！ご飯以外全部凍ってではないですか！
瞬間冷凍して薄く削ったローストビーフに、シャリシャリに凍らせた出汁。
これをホカホカご飯に盛った丼。なるほど･･？新しい！

これ、結構美味しいです。
少しずつ溶けていく美しいかき氷丼は見た目が◎
味は、暑い日にオススメな、さらっと食べられる冷や汁ご飯の感覚！
暑い日が続いているので、この疲れをリセットできる感覚がたまらん。
