Two people visited around 1pm. Go down from the Shijo Kawaramachi intersection, and it's on the east side. It was lunchtime, but the seats were empty. The dish is called ``caciopepe''. The ``Povello'' I ordered this time is topped with a soft-boiled egg. It has a strong cheese aroma, but the soft-boiled egg flavor was just right for me. Other, we received small shrimp salad (350 yen including tax), cold asparagus soup (250 yen including tax), spicy chicken (300 yen including tax), and Milanese style doria (300 yen including tax). In order to provide this level of cost performance, we do everything from cultivation, harvesting, production, processing, and cooking in-house, which not only eliminates intermediate costs, but also allows us to produce higher quality and lower cost edible portions. The company has built its own factory in Australia for Hamburg and Milanese-style doria white sauce, has its own tomato farm in Sendai, and makes its house wine exclusively for Saizeriya in Italy. Delicious food is defined as food that you can eat every day and never get tired of, and I can relate to the idea of avoiding extremely strong flavors and making the most of southern Italian ingredients. I've heard that the cooking inside Saizeriya is minimal, but the food was delicious enough. Although it is different from the food prepared in front of your eyes by a skilled chef, I believe that there is no other company that pursues how to provide customers with the highest quality food at the lowest price.
