The dish is called ``caciopepe''. The ``Povello'' I ordered this time is topped with a soft-boiled egg. It has a strong cheese aroma, but the soft-boiled egg flavor was just right for me. Other, we received small shrimp salad (350 yen including tax), cold asparagus soup (250 yen including tax), spicy chicken (300 yen including tax), and Milanese style doria (300 yen including tax). I've heard that the cooking inside Saizeriya is minimal, but the food was delicious enough. Although it is different from the food prepared in front of your eyes by a skilled chef, I believe that there is no other company that pursues how to provide customers with the highest quality food at the lowest price.
