木曜日夜にふらふらお店の前を通ると、テイクアウトの看板が。
急いで予約のお電話しました笑。金曜日はやってないそうで、土曜日の12時に受け取りです。

ごだん 宮ざわさんへ
サワラバラ寿司 1,620円×１
紙袋に入れてくださっての受け渡し。
あいにく一万円札と620円しか持っていませんでしたが、大丈夫です、と対応してくださいました。そしてお釣りがすべて新券でした（何という心遣い）
家で頂きました。
錦糸卵の細切りクオリティにビビります。
こんなふわっとした錦糸卵食べたことない…。
そして、一見小さいお弁当に見えたバラ寿司はとても充実の内容と量でした。
サワラがとても好みの味付けで、永遠に食べられると思いました。美味しい。
小さな箱に、素敵が詰まったサワラバラ寿司、堪能しました。
今の時期だけのテイクアウトだと思いますが、ごだん宮ざわさんのお料理が頂けて嬉しかったです、ご馳走様でした。
