【ごだん 宮ざわ】といえばミシュラン一つ星の日本料理店。
今回京都に訪れた際に初訪問させて頂きました。
場所は五条駅から徒歩約３分と近く、京都の繁華街、四条河原町から徒歩圏内にあります。
店内はカウンター席と個室席があり、落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
胡麻豆腐や自家製薄塩カラスミを使用した定番メニュー、旬の食材を使用したお料理など全て絶品でした。
なにより店主こだわりの白米は、今まで食べた白米とは比べ物にならないくらい美味しかったです。
是非京都に訪れた際は、他では味わえない絶品の白米を堪能してみてください。
