By chance, I passed by a shop and found a signboard with a nice shop name, and I was drawn to the shop.As you can imagine from the shop's name, Gyoza / Dumpling Kaikan, there were many types of Gyoza / Dumpling on offer, but it was simply ``addictive Gyoza / Dumpling.'' and ordered ``Liver Fried''.In the kitchen, there is a general who shakes the iron pot lightly and about 5 staff members.Customers who come in groups are guided to the second floor, so there is only one person at the long counter seat. I feel so lonely when I'm alone with other people... It's the fate of being alone. I waited for a few minutes, and contrary to my expectations, the fried liver arrived before Gyoza / Dumpling ♪ It was so big that I was shocked...It was different from the fried liver I had imagined, but the fried liver was cut into small pieces and covered with lots of green onions. It was getting worse. It has a unique seasoning, but I think I might like it.While I was eating the fried liver, the size of Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling served was quite large, and I was shocked to see 8 gyoza...The taste of Gyoza / Dumpling was not addictive, and was similar to Gyoza / Dumpling you'll find in Machi Chuka. thoughts.
