I heard that a new shop had opened, so I visited during my break from work. The inside of the shop was larger than I expected. The counter was very stylish!! I decided to try the cold-pressed juice right away. I knew it was good for my body, but it was hard to get anywhere near me, so this was my first time trying it. There were several types and the effects were written on them, but I was unsure and asked the staff for advice. They said that the juice called Green Salad was easy to drink and easy to try, so I ordered that. The juice that came out was deep green, and probably because it was cold-pressed, it had a lot of fiber. It looked bitter, but it was very delicious when I drank it. Apparently it's because it contains not only leafy vegetables but also a lot of fruit. I was prepared for good medicine to taste bitter, but I was surprised at how delicious it was. It feels like the sweetness of natural fruits and vegetables is concentrated. I prefer it to commercially available vegetable juice. A few hours after drinking it, I was close to going to the bathroom, probably because it has a diuretic effect! It's amazing how quickly it shows up in my body... I didn't expect it to be delicious and to be so good for my body so quickly. It seems like it would be good for when your stomach is weak from eating and drinking too much, or when you're just starting to get over a cold. They also have juice with ginger in it, which has a bit of an unusual taste, but it warms your body up surprisingly well. It's a great benefit for someone like me who has poor circulation! I'd like to try it next time. Looking at the menu, it seems like they have some cute smoothies and dishes, so I'm looking forward to the regular meals too!!
