お店に到着したのは20時30分頃、ラストオーダーになんとか間に合いました。
カウンターに座りメニューを拝見、こちらのお店は「カレーつけ麺」が推しらしいですが今回は「カレーらぁ麺チャーシュー入り」(1,100円)を注文。
着丼したドンブリにはチャーシュー、味玉、ほうれん草、ネギ、海苔が盛り付けられスパイシーな香りがしてきます。
スープを飲んでみるとクリーミーでスパイシーなタイ風カレーのような味わい。
わずかな甘味を感じられ辛さはピリ辛程度ですが香辛料は強めです。
麺はプリッとした食感の「浅草開化楼」の中太ちぢれ麺が使われておりスープの味もよく絡みます。
チャーシューは厚切りされた豚バラ肉が使われており提供される前に軽くローストされ香ばしく脂のコクと肉の旨みをしっかりと感じられます。
スープに浸していると豚の脂がスープに溶け出し最初は少し軽い味わいに思えたスープもコクが増して行きました。
辛さはピリ辛程度ですが、香辛料の香りが強めなクリーミーで美味しいカレーらぁ麺でした。
メニューも豊富なので次は何をいただくか迷いますね。
