良さげなお店だなと21時前にふらりと訪問。LO21:30、22:00閉店になるとのことでしたが快諾して入店。２人でしたが４人テーブルを使わせていただいたりとありがたい。テンポ良く提供いただいたり、お料理やお酒の説明も丁寧にしてくださったりとサービス抜群です。
そして肝心のお料理も絶品。
･馬刺６種盛り
様々な部位をユッケにしたり炙りにしたりと趣向を凝らした一品。甘くとろける桜肉に舌鼓。
･京野菜サラダ
様々な京野菜が美しく盛り付けられた彩りのある一品。先の馬刺もそうでしたが器も美しい。もちろん味も良し。
･鴨肉のたたき
これは初めて食べる料理かも。ロースにささみに炙り。まったく癖も臭いもなくさっぱり美味しい。
･京野菜漬物
美しく飾り包丁の入った胡瓜にみょうが、そして水茄子。そんなに脂っこいもの食べてきてないけど口直し。
･肉寿司(馬と鴨)
一見、マグロのトロと赤身に見える握り。馬と鴨です。高級寿司店に来たみたい。これもとろける一品。
･ドリンク
料理に合った日本酒を選んで提供していただけるとのこと。種類豊富で好きな人は愉しいのかも。自分は飲みませんが連れは満足しておりました。
値段もそこまで高くなく、このクオリティなら大満足。器も盛り付けもとにかく美しく、料理は目でも味わうものだなと実感した夜でした。
