仕事終わりの21時入店のカウンターでアラカルトの和食を頂きました。カウンターの中、真ん中には煉瓦造りの竈門であり、炭火焼きでもあるセンターキッチン。これ好きです。
50代後半で同い年の大将に、炭火で焼くお魚と日本酒を選んで頂きました。
遅いスタートでも日本酒と和食を頂きたい時にまた、再訪します！
