この日は初めて伺うのでコースをオーダー

・「瞬間燻製」鮮魚のカルパッチョ
燻製の香りが野菜にも移っててめっちゃ美味しい‼️

燻製醤油と塩の2種類で楽しめます
・旬の燻製五種盛り
この日は明太子、枝豆、蒲鉾、チーズ、コーン
燻製の香りと味がお酒を進めてくれる

ここで日本酒(単品)頼んで完全に記憶なくなった
曖昧やけど魚の兜煮とお茶漬けは写真残ってるから食べたんやろなぁ
美味しかったし楽しかったし、燻製、酒好き、日本酒好きには絶対行って欲しい
お店の方も良い感じやし京都で飲むなら超オススメのお店です✌️
