なぜだか無性に生カキが食べたくなって、グーグル先生に聞いてよせてもらいました。予約の時はテーブルでしたが、なぜだかカウンターでした。１人やし全然かまわないのですけどね。
生カキのおまかせ５種をいただいたのですけど、値段が高い産地のは小ぶりでしたけど、味はめちゃくちゃ濃厚で臭みもなくたいへん美味しかったです。安い産地のは大ぶりやけどそこまで濃厚ではなく、いちばん安い産地のは少し臭みがしました。後、あさりの酒蒸しをいただいたのですけど、出汁が絶妙な濃さでそれに貝のエキスが入りたいへん美味しかったです。ネギもいいアクセントになってよかったです。あさりの身を箸で食べてましたが、簡単に取れたので新しいあさりを使ってはるのでしょうね。それとわがままを言って野菜だけのサラダを作っていただいて大変ありがとうございました。
念願の生カキが食べれてめちゃめちゃ美味しいあさりの酒蒸しまで食べれて大満足で帰りました。またよせてもらいます。
