休日の11:30頃に現地付近での所用を済ませて向かった『麺屋 猪一 離れ』さん
整理券の配布が終了していなかったので一安心したが、さすがミシュランのビブグルマンに数回選出されてるだけあって、海外の方々からも脚光を浴びている大人気店
整理券指定時間頃に再度店舗前へ
事前にメニュー表をチラッと見たら、値段設定がインバウンド価格…笑
店内はカウンターとテーブルがあり、木目調で清潔感もありgood！

あとで気付いたが焼売も食べるべきだったと後悔…

フォルムのインパクトは抜群で、鰹節の良い香りが食欲をそそります☺️
スープを一口…魚介系であっさりしているが、コクもあり味わい深くて美味しく、数会飲んでしまった

麺との相性も良くスープがよく絡みます
チャーシューも丁度良い肉厚と食感で絶妙
タケノコの肉厚＆食感もgood
炙り和牛めしはしっかり主役です笑
さすがというバランスと味わいでめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
