四条駅から歩いて5分くらいの場所にあるこちらのお店。
京都吉兆で修業された大将が2017年11月にオープンされたお店。
築100年の町屋をリノベーションしたお店で雰囲気がかなり良いです。
今回予約時間を勘違いし30分以上早く着いてしまいましたが丁寧に対応頂けました。

料理はどれも繊細で素材の味を楽しむことが出来ます。
どれも非常に美味しかったですが個人的にはまながつおがものすごく好みでした。
また冬瓜も素晴らしい味。
〆のご飯もものすごく美味しく卵とよく合う。おかわりしたいぐらいでした。
甘味のおはぎは和菓子では珍しく味醂が使われています。
ラム酒のような風味で独特ですがとっても美味しかったです。
雰囲気もサービスも味もよく大満足のお店。
今回お酒飲めなかったので次回はゆっくり飲みながら楽しみたいです。
