This Michelin star restaurant is run by a husband and wife. The dishes, which make the most of seasonal ingredients, are fantastic food that you'll want to savor for a long time. The owner himself selects the ingredients, sometimes travels to the mountains or the sea, and even creates the tableware himself. His kind personality is reflected in the food. I visited this restaurant while I was in Kyoto for work. It's a restaurant I'd definitely like to visit again.
