Online reservations are for 2 or more people, but telephone reservations can be made for just one person. I made a reservation for the 16,500 yen lunch course in advance. A dignified interior. We also have many female disciples. Since I was driving, I asked for roasted green tea. What we received is as follows. ●Roasted bean tea ●Steamed spider roe Charcoal-grilled cod roe. ●Tamajime of soft-shelled turtle. Inside is Isaza from Lake Biwa, and the top is sprinkled with tree buds. ●Sashimi of tiger prawns and squid with soy sauce, salt, and ponzu sauce to your liking. ●Salt-grilled prawn head Charcoal-grilled sashimi prawn head. ●Blowfish liver with ponzu sauce with plenty of green onions and grated daikon radish. ●Fried pufferfish is super filling. ●Chinese cabbage and fried chicken dip A warm dip sprinkled with freshly roasted sesame seeds. ●Duck and beef hotpot I asked for duck or beef, but I was told that I could have a little bit of duck and beef, so I asked for it. My favorite vegetable is seri. The roots are also really delicious. Served with dashi shabu. ●Meals You can choose 3 out of 6 types of rice to finish your meal. Wakuden's specialty, carbohydrate torture. I ordered white rice, crab tamajimedon, and juwari soba noodles. The others are rice cooked with sea bream, Chinese noodles, and karasumi mochi. ●Uguisu mochi That's all for the course. This is truly Wakuden-style classic Japanese Cuisine, without trying to be eccentric. Although it was lunch, it was a wonderful course that lasted over 2 hours. The hospitality of the staff was also very high and I was able to spend a blissful time. However, the general manager was unable to speak specifically to the customers for the crab course. . .
